Job Description:
We are seeking a Java Mid-Level Technical Specialist to support the DMV Traffic Records Systems. The selected candidate will manage complex Java projects and provide critical on-call support while working closely with business owners to translate requests into user stories. The role includes application maintenance software release coordination and testing support.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage Java development projects and provide 24x7 on-call support.
Translate customer requests into technical requirements and user stories.
Coordinate software release schedules with business and technical teams.
Develop business requirements and provide testing and training support.
Deliver technical helpdesk support and application analysis.

Must-Have Skills:

3 years of experience in Java/JEE Oracle and XML.
3 years of experience with Web Services JSP Servlets Spring and Struts.
3 years in application analysis design and implementation.
3 years providing technical helpdesk support.
Bachelors degree in Computer Science or related technical discipline.
