Associate role is to support the proactive and reactive retention of customers wanting to cancel their service contracts by doing the following:
Calling customers to find out if they were happy with a service they received at retailors
Escalate to retailors or CRC if the customer complains about the service or mechanical faults
Verify and update customers details
Update leisure interest of customers

Essential
Matric
Fluent in English and at least 1 African languages (Sotho Zulu)
Preferred
Contact centre qualification
Computer literacy in order to operate customer related information systems
Knowledge on the automotive industry
