Job Summary
Job Description
Our client is seeing a Senior Management Accountant whosekey role is toguidefinancial decisions driving profitability and supporting sustainable growth within a fast-paced manufacturingFMCGenvironment.
What Youll Do
- Analyse and interpret financial and operational performance to support business decision-making.
- Lead costing margin analysis and variance reporting across key product and operational areas.
- Prepare and manage budgets forecasts and financial performance packs.
- Maintain full IFRS-compliant accounting records and ensure strong internal controls.
- Partner with Production Sales and Operations teams to optimise efficiency and profitability.
- Oversee month-end close stock reconciliations and standard costing reviews.
- Support audits risk management and financial governance.
- Drive improvements in ERP systems reporting automation and business intelligence (BI) dashboards.
- Provide guidance and mentorship to junior finance team members.
What Youll Bring
- BCom Degree(or equivalent qualification).
- CIMA qualification(or studying towards it) highly beneficial.
- 5 years experiencein management accounting ideally in amanufacturing or productionenvironment.
- Strong hands-on experience incosting and margin management.
- AdvancedExcelskills (Power BI experience a plus).
- Strong analytical problem-solving and communication abilities.
- High attention to detail with a proactive solution-oriented mindset.
- Ability to thrive under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
