Position Overview:We are seeking a highly skilledTechno-Functional Analystwith strong analytical and technical capabilities to collaborate with global clients. The ideal candidate should have a solid academic background in mathematics or engineering with exceptional problem-solving skills. This role requires an individual with 2 years of experience in software specification definition client engagement and project management. Proficiency in Microsoft Office 365 and hands-on experience in business requirements documentation system design and reporting tools is essential.
Key Responsibilities:
- Client Engagement & Requirement Gathering:
- Collaborate with global clients to understand and capture business requirements.
- Conduct requirement analysis sessions gather client feedback and translate business needs into clear and detailedBusiness Requirement Documents (BRDs).
- Preparediagramsanddocumentationto represent business processes and system designs.
- Design & Specification Management:
- Lead and managedesign requirements ensuring the delivery of accurate specifications that meet client needs.
- Break downtasksand assign them to team members ensuring clarity on deliverables.
- Documentsystem designsthat include logic flows screen layouts databases and report requirements.
- Project Management & Task Breakdown:
- Develop and manageproject plans timelines and schedules using Microsoft tools such asTeams Project Plan and Excel.
- Lead and coordinate team efforts to ensure projects are delivered within scope time and budget.
- Technical Knowledge & Collaboration:
- Understandtechnology systemsincluding system architecture screen design logic and database structures (e.g.SQL).
- Create and modifySQL queriesfor data extraction and reporting purposes.
- Collaborate with technical teams on system design development and integration ensuring alignment with business objectives.
- Data & Reporting Tools:
- Design and implement reports using tools likePower BI ensuring data accuracy and visualization.
- Work with stakeholders to defineKPIsand dashboards providing actionable insights.
- Documentation & Diagramming:
- Use tools likeVisioto create flowcharts process diagrams and system maps.
- Develop professional presentations usingPowerPointfor client meetings and project updates.
Key Qualifications:
- Education:Bachelors degree inMathematicsEngineering or a related technical field with a minimum of75% marks.
- Schooling:ICSE/CBSE education with strong English communication skills.
- Experience:2-3 years of experience in:
- Defining and managingsoftware specifications.
- Working withmultiple clientson various projects.
- Engaging inproject management including task breakdown and team coordination.
- Technical Skills:
- Strong understanding ofSQL database concepts andsystem logic.
- Proficiency inMicrosoft Office 365suite includingTeams Visio Project Plan PowerPoint Word and Excel.
