About the Role:

The Director and Head of Total Rewards will be a key leader on the People team reporting to the VP of People and driving Relativitys end-to-end strategy and programs for compensation equity and benefits.

  • Own the strategic design and execution of all Total Rewards programsincluding compensation equity benefits leave of absence and workers compensationto ensure they are competitive equitable and aligned with company goals.
  • Develop and implement a clear total rewards philosophy including salary structures incentive plans equity programs and performance-based rewards.
  • Lead job evaluation processes salary survey strategy pay budgeting and equity analysis to maintain market competitiveness and internal equity.
  • Partner with the Sr. Director of People and VP People to support the development and administration of executive compensation programs.
  • Design and refine benefits and perks program offerings by evaluating employee needs market trends and cost-effectiveness.
  • Build and maintain communication and training strategies to increase employee awareness and understanding of all compensation equity and benefit programs.

About You:

  • 7 years of relevant experience (compensation equity programs benefits planning) in a high growth / technology environment
  • Experience with effectively scaling a company-wide rewards function to support business goals and growth with a strong awareness of best practices.
  • Experience working with Boards of Directors and top executives.
  • Exceptional communication instincts & practices that keep stakeholders informed and included in a way that builds trust.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Demonstrated experience in performing complex reporting and analysis.
  • Strong analytical mathematical statistical and conceptual skills; Excel expertise is required.
  • Strong track record building leading and mentoring a diverse and high performing team.
  • Ability to manage effectively with ambiguity manage multiple projects through completion on time and on budget and to prioritize in a rapidly changing environment

Nice to haves but not required:

  • Familiarity with worker comp programs
