About the Role:
The Director and Head of Total Rewards will be a key leader on the People team reporting to the VP of People and driving Relativitys end-to-end strategy and programs for compensation equity and benefits.
- Own the strategic design and execution of all Total Rewards programsincluding compensation equity benefits leave of absence and workers compensationto ensure they are competitive equitable and aligned with company goals.
- Develop and implement a clear total rewards philosophy including salary structures incentive plans equity programs and performance-based rewards.
- Lead job evaluation processes salary survey strategy pay budgeting and equity analysis to maintain market competitiveness and internal equity.
- Partner with the Sr. Director of People and VP People to support the development and administration of executive compensation programs.
- Design and refine benefits and perks program offerings by evaluating employee needs market trends and cost-effectiveness.
- Build and maintain communication and training strategies to increase employee awareness and understanding of all compensation equity and benefit programs.
About You:
- 7 years of relevant experience (compensation equity programs benefits planning) in a high growth / technology environment
- Experience with effectively scaling a company-wide rewards function to support business goals and growth with a strong awareness of best practices.
- Experience working with Boards of Directors and top executives.
- Exceptional communication instincts & practices that keep stakeholders informed and included in a way that builds trust.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Demonstrated experience in performing complex reporting and analysis.
- Strong analytical mathematical statistical and conceptual skills; Excel expertise is required.
- Strong track record building leading and mentoring a diverse and high performing team.
- Ability to manage effectively with ambiguity manage multiple projects through completion on time and on budget and to prioritize in a rapidly changing environment
Nice to haves but not required:
- Familiarity with worker comp programs
