A Brief Overview

TheLead Data Analyst will be responsible for planning conducting and deliveringdataanalysis and requirements to solve complex business problems throughdata this role you will work directly with internal business partners and Information Architects from various functions and levels within the organization to implementdata solutions.

What you will do

  • Requirements Gathering & Analysis
  • Collaborate with business units to gather and document business requirements.
  • Analyze business processes and identify areas where data solutions can add value.
  • Translate business needs intofunctional specifications for data solutions.
  • Data Solutions Development
  • Work with IT and data teams to design and implement data solutions
  • Develop data models data flows and data integration processes
  • Ensure data solutions align with business objectives and IT strategies.
  • Data Analysis & Reporting
  • Perform data analysis to identify trends patterns and insights.
  • Develop and deploy dashboards and reports to support business decision-making.
  • Provide actionable insights and recommendations based on data analysis.
  • Collaboration & Communication
  • Work closely with stakeholders to ensure data solutions meet business needs.
  • Promote data-driven decision-making and best practices across the organization.
  • Communicate data solutions goals progress and outcomes to senior management.
  • Process Improvement
  • Identify opportunities for process improvements through data analysis.
  • Develop and implement strategies to enhance data collection analysis and reporting.
  • Monitor and optimize data solutions to ensure efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Risk Management
  • Identify data-related risks and develop mitigation strategies.
  • Ensure data solutions support data privacy and security requirements.
  • Data Modeling & Design
  • Develop and maintain conceptual data models.
  • Work Hygiene
  • Demonstrate exceptional organizational skills attention to detail and the ability to work collaboratively across the organization to drive impactful results.

Education Qualifications

  • Bachelors Degree in information science data management computer science or related field or equivalent experience preferred

Experience Qualifications

  • Typically 8 years experience in data analysis business analysis or computer programming
  • Typically 2 years Experience working with industry standards regulations and guidelines in database warehousing and other relevant systems.

Skills and Abilities

  • Strong understanding of data management concepts including data governance data quality data integration and master data management.
  • Proficiency in data analysis techniques data profiling tools and data quality management tools.
  • Experience with data integration tools and technologies (e.g. ETL data pipelines API integrations).
  • Knowledge of data privacy regulations (e.g. GDPR CCPA) and experience implementing data privacy controls.
  • Familiarity with data cataloging and metadata management tools.
  • Experience working with domain structures; conceptual logic and physical.
  • Strong SQL skills for data analysis and manipulation.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities with a keen eye for detail.
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills with the ability to effectively convey complex data-related concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Ability to work independently and in a team environment managing multiple priorities and delivering high-quality results within deadlines.
  • Experience with data visualization tools (e.g. Tableau Power BI) is a plus.
  • Familiarity with data architecture principles and data modeling concepts is advantageous.
  • Knowledge of industry standards and best practices related to enterprise data management.
  • Continuous learning mindset staying up-to-date with the latest data management trends and technologies.

The preferred location for this role is Atlanta GA and the salary range for this location is $87600.00 to $175300.00. All qualified external applicants will be considered for an in-office role based in Atlanta. All qualified internal candidates are encouraged to apply and consider relocation to Atlanta and may be considered for remote hire at the companys discretion. The candidates final salary offer will be based on the candidates skills education work location and experience.

A candidates compensation may also include bonuses consistent with TriNets corporate bonus plan.
