Our Salesforce environment is a complex platform with multiple clouds using more than one Salesforce product including Lightning Platform Service Cloud Experience Cloud Public Sector Solutions Marketing Cloud and Omnistudio.
You will support and enhance a complex growing platform with multiple apps and tools. Deliver transparent integrated and fit-for-purpose change continuously across ACC.
About the role Mō te tūranga mahi
As our Salesforce Platform Technical Lead youll play a pivotal role in shaping and delivering a cohesive Salesforce platform capability. Youll provide technical leadership across our Salesforce orgs ensuring we maintain a secure scalable stable and supportable environment.
Youll work closely with stakeholders at all levels and collaborate with the Salesforce Practice to drive platform excellence. Supporting delivery teams youll help enable high-quality solutions for our customers and ensure best practice standards are followed. Youll oversee platform governance create solution designs aligned with our technology roadmap and play a key role in approving Pull Requests to maintain code quality and consistency across the team.
This is a hands-on leadership role within a cross-functional team where your expertise will help shape the future of our Salesforce environment and support the ongoing growth and success of ACC.

The appointing salary for this role will sit between $138301 and $195248 and we offer an additional 9% superannuation contribution.
