| Duties and Responsibilities | Tend and manages the calendar of the Executive vice president so there should be no missed of critical meetings within vertical and outside vertical -EV-President must be informed prior about his upcoming engagements with criticalness and requirements. -A recurring association with the direct reportee of the Executive Vice president to understand progress on critical issues -Act as a bridge of communication between the Executive Vice President & C-suite level executives of external organizations -Track and observe Monthly business numbers Branch Operations and Service Customer Service performance Complaint Reduction projects Banking Operations Insurance Booking and Service -Prepare the Presentation on Monthly or Quarterly (as is when) for Board Directors Managing Director and Deputy Chief Executive Officer on Operation vertical performance on each sub-unit -Associate with a respective team in critical projects for ongoing tracking updates and status -Align with Business and Vertical Heads to formulate strategic decks for Annual Operating Plan (ANNUAL OPERATING PLAN) Long Range Strategy (LONG RANGE STRATEGY) Ruminate etc. -Executive Assistance should have to take up the project with in the vertical or outside the vertical (indirectly related to operations) in each quarter -Tracking and closing of actionable came during the meeting of the Board directors MD review and Operational Monthly Review -Ensure to publish the MOM and other content of meeting with MD desk and Executive vice president -Need to Organize an Events of RnR ANNUAL OPERATING PLAN download LONG RANGE STRATEGY preparation etc. Take of logistic and other component for having a successful event -Tracking of ANNUAL OPERATING PLAN projected cost of sub-units and highlighting to Executive Vice President as in when -Organize and prepare for meetings including gathering documents and attending to logistics of meetings -Prioritize emails and respond when necessary -Maintain various records and documents for company executive(s) -Coordinate work with other staff as needed; play a key role in the coordination of staff efforts both within and outside the department -Serve as a primary point of contact between the President Office including helping to coordinate the work of the different groups and providing administrative support for governance meetings -Other additional and/or alternative duties as assigned from time to time including supporting other departments or Executives as needed -Complete a variety of special projects including creating PowerPoint presentations financial spreadsheets special reports and agenda material -Schedule departmental meetings; assist in the preparation and distribution of meeting agendas and materials |
