Job Description
We are partnering with one of our long-standing clients a luxury 5-star hotel in the heart of London. They are seeking a confident and hands-on Assistant Night Manager to support the smooth running of the hotel overnight lead a small team and ensure a seamless guest experience from dusk till dawn.
You will have experience using Opera PMS.
Youll be wondering whats in it for you as the Assistant Night Manager
- 27500 per annum plus circa 10000 service charge
- Paid travel card Up to zone 4 (After 6 months)
- Working 4 on 4 off 8pm to 8am
- Lead and mentor a close-knit night team in a 5-star environment

Responsibilities as the Assistant Night Manager
- Overseeing all night operations across Front Office and guest services to maintain 5-star standards
- Leading coaching and motivating the night team to deliver exceptional service
- Managing arrivals departures VIPs and guest requests efficiently and professionally
- Ensuring safety security and smooth handover to the morning management team
As the Assistant Night Manager you will be a calm visible presence who champions guest care solves problems quickly and supports the team to deliver an exceptional overnight operation every time.
