Job Description:

Blizzard Entertainment is seeking a data-driven creative and strategic Senior Manager Mobile User Acquisition to play a key part in performance marketing efforts across its mobile portfolio. This role is pivotal in scaling Blizzards mobile games globally including titles like Diablo Immortal Hearthstone and upcoming releases.

You will manage UA campaigns across multiple channels contribute to creative and data strategy provide input into the long-term marketing strategy and collaborate cross-functionally with product analytics finance and brand teams. Youll also be responsible for managing relationships with key partners and attribution platforms.

The ideal candidate should be able to both zoom in and out; capable of diving deep into granular metrics but also able to take a step back and understand their contribution to the bigger business picture.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute full-funnel UA and retargeting strategies across paid channels (Meta Google Ads Apple Ads TikTok Applovin Unity Ads Liftoff Moloco and others).

  • Monitor campaign spend pacing and KPIs such as ROAS LTV CPI across partners.

  • Independently access and analyse performance data using tools like Tableau Looker Appsflyer and external partner dashboards.

  • Contribute to data strategy such as predictive LTV and ROAS and attribution modelling

  • Partner with Mobile UA Creative to ideate test and optimise ad creatives across formats. Use your creative and analytical mindset to guide creative production.

  • Maintain strong business relationships with external partners to gain access to benchmarking incentives and additional support.

  • Conduct innovative testing of new partners campaign types optimisation strategies and incrementality

  • Work closely with Product Brand Marketing ASO Finance and Analytics to align UA efforts with broader business goals

  • Participate in recurring operational and strategic syncs financial pacing reviews and strategic planning sessions.

Required Qualifications

  • 5 years of experience in user acquisition for mobile games or alternatively 10 years in paid media or digital marketing

  • Proven success managing multi-million dollar UA budgets and scaling mobile games globally.

  • Deep understanding of attribution re-engagement SKAN and probabilistic measurement. Strong analytical skills with proficiency in Excel and data visualisation tools.

  • Experience with creative testing frameworks and performance optimisation.

  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

Nice to Haves

  • Prior experience at a top mobile gaming studio especially in mid core RPG action and strategy genres.

  • Familiarity with LTV modelling MMM causal impact theory and incrementality and cross-platform attribution.

  • Background in launching new titles and scaling live services.

  • Experience in other growth channels such as influencers CTV brand partnerships etc.
