About the RoleWere seeking an organised and proactive WHS Administrator to provide key support across all workplace health safety and compliance functions.
This is a full-time permanent role (3844 hours/week) offering a starting rate of $38/hour negotiable based on experience. Flexible hours may be available for the right candidate.
Youll assist with maintaining safety systems managing documentation and supporting the management team to ensure compliance and best practice across all farm operations.
Key ResponsibilitiesMaintain accurate WHS documentation training records and incident reports
Coordinate inductions toolbox talks and safety training
Assist with safety audits inspections and risk assessments
Support compliance with Freshcare Sedex and Fair Farms programs
Prepare reports statistics and return-to-work documentation
Liaise with staff supervisors and contractors to uphold safety standards
Proven experience in WHS administration or compliance
Strong computer skills (Excel Word document systems)
Excellent communication and attention to detail
Ability to multitask prioritise and work independently
Current drivers licence (some travel between sites required)
Bonus points if you have:
Certificate IV in Work Health & Safety (or willingness to obtain)
Experience in farming logistics or industrial environments
Familiarity with WHS software and reporting tools
