Learn more about us: Responsibilities:
- Build and maintain dashboards across SwiftPAL SwiftClass Swiftee and other SwiftSchool products including data modelling and DAX logic.
- Define and structure metrics KPIs and analytical views that support product program and delivery needs.
- Work with data engineering and product teams to shape materialized views aggregated tables and analytical layers of the data lake.
- Develop reusable analytical components templates and code libraries to improve speed and consistency of reporting.
- Create automated reporting pipelines and monitoring tools using Power BI SQL and Python when needed.
- Maintain documentation for data schemas metric definitions dashboard logic and reporting structures.
- Perform technical reviews and QA for dashboards queries and data logic to ensure accuracy and reliability.
- Monitor dashboard performance and refresh cycles troubleshooting issues proactively
Qualifications
- MBA / MCA / BE / / MSc in Computer Science or a related field
- 5 years of experience in data analytics insights or business intelligence roles with hands-on Power BI experience including dashboard development data modelling DAX optimisation and publishing workflows.
- Proven ability to build interactive decision-oriented dashboards in cross-functional environments (product engineering delivery program)..
- Preferred background in EdTech education e-governance or large-scale digital programs.
- Exposure to Quicksight Microsoft Fabric or similar modern BI ecosystems is desirable

You take pride in improving pipelines and ensuring the data lake (and materialized views) remain reliable foundations for all reporting.
Deliver consistently and communicate sharply.
You plan ahead set clear expectations and ensure dashboards and analyses land with accuracy timeliness and crisp logic.
