THE IDEAL CANDIDATE:

We are seeking a detail-oriented proactive Production Manager to oversee Quinces Made-to-Order (MTO) production across jewelry rugs and furniture. This individual will be instrumental in bringing visibility accountability and operational rigor to a currently opaque part of our supply chain. The role is India-based focused on managing vendor relationships enforcing SLAs and tracking order progress across categories.

You will be our operational eyes and ears for MTO productionensuring every order moves smoothly from factory start to customer delivery.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Own daily operational management of MTO production across jewelry (India-focused) rugs (mixed) and furniture (US-focused)

  • Track and report production lead times start dates ready-to-pickup signals and delivery timelines

  • Build and maintain production tracking tools (e.g. Google Sheets Airtable or internal systems)

  • Follow up with vendors when orders are late stuck or have incomplete communication

  • Work with vendors to improve data reliability and adherence to SLAs

  • Serve as a point of escalation when delivery partners are misaligned or underperforming

  • Partner cross-functionally with category managers logistics and customer experience teams

  • Document and continuously improve processes for transparency and scale

REQUIREMENTS:

  • 5 years of production supply chain or vendor management experience (MTO experience preferred)

  • Exceptional attention to detail and follow-through

  • Strong Excel/Google Sheets skills; experience with supply chain tracking tools a plus

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills

  • Ability to independently manage priorities across multiple categories

  • Experience working with Indian manufacturers; experience in jewelry or rugs strongly preferred

  • Comfortable in a fast-paced startup-like environment
