We are seeking a Deputy Manager to join our Shared Lives Team a service that offers adults aged 18 the opportunity to live with approved carers in their homes. Shared Lives provides long-term placements and respite breaks helping citizens build independence confidence and community connections - it can be an amazing alternative to Supported Living or Residential Care.
The Shared Lives Service is on an exciting transformation journey and you will be part of a strong team who by working collaboratively with social care workers wider partners and communities will continue to build and shape the Shared Lives offer. We are looking for a dynamic person-centred compassionate person who has the zest and energy to inspire those around them who are authentic and have a sense of purpose driving positive change.
This is a leadership role which will involve supporting and managing the existing Shared Lives team.
