Rhapsody Integration Developer HL7 eCR/ELR Symphonia Mapping & Public Health Data Integration

Required Skills:
- 5 years of RHAPSODY INTEGRATION ENGINE (V6)
- 5 years of Symphonia Mapping Language (SML)
- 5 years of HL7 (V 2.3.1 - 2.5.1; ORU & ORM Message Types)
- 2 years XML / XSD / XPATH
- 3 years SQL (including advanced join statements)
- 5 years of JavaScript
- 2 years of Web Services (SOAP)
- Bachelors Degree or 9 years of equivalent experience.
- Critical Thinking skills and problem Resolutions
- Experience with Security and Data Classification realted to CDC HIPAA CJIS PHIPII
- Ability to communicate effectively with technical peers management users vendors and staff both verbally and in writing
Preferred Skills:
- Rhapsody Certification
- ECR / EICR / RR / CDA / CCDA Certifications
- 1 year of Windows Server OS Administration Experience
- Large Scale Integration and Design in Healthcare Environment
- Public Health / Disease Surveillance Systems / LIMS Experience
- Large Scale Dataset Manipulation / Migration
- LOINC / SNOMED
- DevOps / JIRA
- Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC)
- Visio / Flow Diagrams
- Ability to establish positive working relationships with technical staff customers and other data-centric stakeholders
