ServiceNow Developer (ITSM, ITOM, CSMHAM, API Integration – 6+ Years)

Job Title: ServiceNow Developer (ITSM ITOM CSM/HAM API Integration 6 Years)

Location: Atlanta GA (Hybrid-Local candidates only)

We are currently seeking candidates who meet the following qualification

• Bachelors degree in Computer Science Information Technology or a related field
• Strong expertise in the ServiceNow platform including development configuration and integrations
• Proficiency in JavaScript ServiceNow scripting and web technologies such as HTML and CSS
• Hands-on experience with REST and SOAP API integrations
• Strong understanding of ITSM and ITOM processes workflows and automation
• Experience working with ServiceNow modules such as ITSM CSM (Customer Service Management/PSDS) and HAM (Hardware Asset Management)
• Ability to produce clear technical documentation and system designs
• Strong troubleshooting analytical thinking and problem-solving skills
• Experience working in Agile/Scrum project environments

• ServiceNow certifications such as Certified Application Developer or Implementation Specialist
• Experience with ServiceNow Discovery Service Mapping and Event Management
• Familiarity with enterprise-scale ServiceNow implementations
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills for working with cross-functional teams
• Experience mentoring or providing technical guidance to junior team members

• Design develop and implement ServiceNow solutions including configurations customizations and integrations
• Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather analyze and refine functional and technical requirements
• Customize and configure ServiceNow applications modules workflows and forms
• Perform Service Mapping Discovery and Event Management configurations to enhance IT operations
• Troubleshoot diagnose and resolve technical issues within the ServiceNow platform
• Conduct code reviews and actively participate in architectural and design discussions
• Develop and maintain technical documentation including system designs integration details and user guides
• Ensure adherence to coding standards security policies and ServiceNow best practices
• Mentor junior developers and contribute to continuous team knowledge sharing
• Stay current with ServiceNow platform updates new features and industry best practices
