Job Description
Production Operator
Hourly pay starting at $18.70/hr. - $20.70/hr.
Key Components of the role:
- Encouraged to pass all certification courses for these positions and perform them at line speeds quality & costs.
- Participate in all QCD team activities.
- Must be able to lift 40lbs. overhead repetitively.
- Other duties assigned by supervisor or leader.
- Must follow Good Manufacturing Practices (GMPs).
Qualifications:
- Able to work on all shifts weekends and Holidays
- Workdays may fluctuate from week to week based on production
- A Minimum of a High school diploma or equivalent experience or general education diploma (GED)
- If you do not meet the preferred requirement then 1-2 years of continuous work experience required
- Must have strong communication skills
- Prior manufacturing experience is preferred
