Required Qualifications
Must be a current graduate student in the Moyes School of Education enrolled in 6 credits Maintain a 3.0 GPA or higher Completion of at least one semester at WSU is preferred Declared track within the GSE Department (Higher Education Leadership Educational Leadership Sports Coaching Leadership Curriculum & Instruction Educational Technology Family Life Education Inclusive Early Childhood Education & Care or Post-Baccalaureate Certificate in Teaching) Work-study eligible preferred (50/50 available) Skills & Abilities Strong verbal and written communication skills including active listening and conflict management Organizational and time management skills (Google Calendar experience preferred) Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team setting Proficiency with Google Suite (Docs Sheets Slides Forms Gmail etc.) Commitment to supporting students from varied backgrounds and experiences Experience Prior mentoring coaching teaching or leadership experience is helpful but not required All interested graduate students with a desire to support their peers are encouraged to apply.
