Personal/Commercial Insurance Account Manager
Job Summary
Seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Personal/Commercial Insurance Account Manager to join a well-established family-owned insurance agency. This is a fully in-office role where you will play a key part in servicing and growing the diverse book of business which includes both personal and commercial lines. Compensation Package
- Hourly Rate: $30 - $35 per hour
- Annual Salary: $62000 - $73000
Responsibilities
- Provide comprehensive servicing for personal and commercial insurance accounts.
- Handle policy renewals cross-selling opportunities and referrals.
- Assist with quoting new and renewal business primarily focusing on renewals.
- Collaborate with the team to ensure client satisfaction and retention.
- Support the management of a varied book of business including small accounts and assisting with larger accounts.
- Utilize HawkSoft agency management software for daily operations.
Qualifications/Requirements
- Licenses/Certifications: Active Property & Casualty (P&C) license required.
- Experience:
- Preferred: 3-5 years of insurance industry experience (open to candidates with less experience if licensed and motivated).
- Experience with both personal and commercial lines is a plus.
- Technical Skills: Familiarity with HawkSoft or similar agency management software is preferred.
- Soft Skills:

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
