Senior Distribution Systems Analyst

Department overview:

Our team is responsible for supporting the systems and technologies that drive the efficient operation of our warehouse and distribution centers. We work closely with operations IT and third-party vendors to ensure smooth system performance resolve issues and support continuous improvement initiatives across all distribution processes.

What youll do

• Provide global support to distribution network on Manhattan Associates Warehouse Management System (WMi) and Transportation Execution (TE)
• Support day-to-day issue triage troubleshooting identify root case and delivery of the resolution.
• Collaborate with cross-functional IT teams including middleware developers operational change management and software validation teams. Establish effective working relationships with key business partners through clean execution and open honest direct communication
• Participate within a highly skilled technical team as a configuration developer.
• Work closely with external IT resources vendors and operational/business partners to participate in the delivery of a robust and scalable solution.
• Liaise with business and operational teams in training troubleshooting and defining enhancements opportunities.
• Work with business and operational partners to analyze design configure test and implement business enhancement and/or systems modifications to meet business requirements.
• As a key player in requirements gathering you will meet with cross functional resources to create and review

  • Create and Execute Test Plans (SIT)
  • Support users in creation of UAT and execution
  • Support project through implementation hyper care and BAU post-implementation.

Youll need to have

• Degree in Information Technology Computer Science Business Administration Engineering or related fields
• Previous experience with supporting Warehouse Management systems (Manhattan WMi/PKMS/WMOS Red Prairie etc) in a high pressure and dynamic environment
• A strong understanding of Supply Chain Business concepts
• Ability to bring clarity to ambiguous situations via deep understanding of business needs and compliance requirements
• Fluency in SQL AS/400 Query design/debugging support for system issue troubleshooting
• Exhibits curiosity and eagerness to uncover ways where AI and automation can improve warehousing operations and distribution
• Experience configuring and supporting all functional areas within the WMS
• Experience in user training change management and stakeholder communication
• Strong analytical problem-solving and decision-making skills
• Excellent verbal and written English communication
• Ability of working in a global and multi-cultural environment
• Excellent skills on Microsoft office products (Excel Word PowerPoint)
