About the role and where you will be working:

Our residential care team at Juniper Korumup Albany are currently looking for a Registered Nurse to coordinate and lead the delivery of client-focused care on a permanent full-time basis.

Located in a peaceful part of Albany Juniper Korumup is a well-established aged care home providing culturally respectful and person-centred care for up to 72 residents. Were deeply rooted in the local community and proud to offer a homely supportive environment where residents feel safe valued and cared forand where staff are truly appreciated.

As one of our Registered Nurses youll be expected to lead small clinical teams that provide high standards of person-centered care to all our residents. This is a fantastic opportunity for those looking to improve both their clinical and leadership skills.

Your Key Responsibilities:

Strong clinical assessment skills and appropriate response to changes in customer condition in consultation with the broader healthcare team
Develop implement and evaluate plans of care in partnership with customers and their loved ones
Liaise with appropriate healthcare professionals to deliver quality care to customers
Ensure full compliance with organizational professional and aged care standards

What Youll Need:

AHPRA Registration (essential)
Aged Care experience (desirable but not essential)
Strong planning and coordination skills in care delivery
Ability to guide staff in wound and diabetes care
Sound understanding of medication systems
