As a Black Swan Beverage Server you will play a crucial role in delivering outstanding service to our nightclub patrons. Your primary responsibilities will include serving a variety of beverages ensuring a high level of guest satisfaction and maintaining a clean and inviting environment. The ideal candidate will be enthusiastic attentive and capable of thriving in a fast-paced high-energy setting.

• Greet and interact with guests in a friendly and professional manner.
• Take drink orders serve beverages and handle cash; credit transactions; room charges accurately.
• Maintain thorough knowledge of the nightclubs drink menu including specialty cocktails wines and spirits.
• Monitor and manage beverage inventory restocking supplies as needed.
• Ensure compliance with all alcohol laws and regulations including checking IDs and serving responsibly.
• Collaborate with bartenders and other staff to ensure timely and efficient service.
• Address guest inquiries concerns and complaints promptly and effectively.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the service area including tables bar tops and surrounding spaces.
• Adhere to health and safety standards including proper sanitation practices.

• Previous experience as a server or bartender in a nightclub bar or restaurant setting preferred.
• Strong knowledge of beverage service and cocktail preparation.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced and high-energy environment.
• Basic math skills for handling cash and processing transactions.
• Flexibility to work evenings weekends and holidays as required.
• Weekend availability 9:00pm-3:00am.
• TABC and Texas Food Handlers certified.
• Must be of legal drinking age and possess any required certifications or permits.
