Nightclub Guest Services is responsible for providing superior guest service. Service should be consistent with Forbes 5-Star standard rating. All duties and assignments are to be performed according to departmental and Wynn company standards.
Job Requirements:
- Responsible for providing professional and courteous customer service to every nightclub guest
- Effectively communicating with guests as well as other team members
- Assisting guests with all requests
- Enhancing the guest experience through a personalized level of service.
- Responsible for handling guest complaints in a polite and courteous manner
- Responsible for answering phones and booking call-in reservations
- Managing and monitoring receptionist team
- Producing reports on nightclub guest related sales and statistics
- Accommodating client requests with an emphasis placed on services provided on-property thereby driving sales for numerous departments within the resort.
- Developing and maintaining relationships with guests
- Adhere to and enforce company specific safety policies
- Flexibility to perform other job-related tasks as deemed necessary by management
Qualifications :
- Candidates must have strong organizational skills relationship building skills and the ability to remember details.
- Requires a minimum of 2 years experience in a front-of-house hospitality position at a comparable hotel/resort.
- Ability to communicate in English with guests and co-workers
- Candidates must be a minimum of 21 years of age
- The ability to work within a team environment
- Consistently maintains a well-groomed appearance posture and hygiene deemed by management style should stay current and in line with current fashion standards and trends as deemed by management
- Maintain dialogue with all guests while upholding a warm positive and friendly persona at all times
- Employee must meet viral communication standards in promoting and marketing our venue
