Training and working hours are full-time 8 AM-4:30 PM (or last call waiting in queue) Monday-Friday. No weekends.

About The Role
As a Temp-to Hire Call Center Representative you will be responsible for:
- Answer inbound calls regarding child support receipts and disbursements
- Handle standards in a fast-paced large call volume environment.
- Utilize multiple computerized systems multi-tasking and document each call.
- Respond to Wisconsin child support inquiries and complaints using a standard script and procedures.
- Gather information and research/resolve inquiries.
- Inform callers about the services available and assess callers needs.
Requirementsto be successful in this role you will:
- Have a High School Diploma or an equivalent level of education.
- Be able to successfully pass a background check and fingerprinting.
- 2 years customer service experience or equivalent in a high-volume call center environment preferred.
- Eligible to work in the US.
Successful candidates will have:

The estimated hourly rate for this role is $17.00
