E-logic is seeking a highly experienced Senior IT Project Manager to join our team in support of the U.S. Department of the Interior (DOI) Interior Business Center (IBC) Human Resources Directorate (HRD). As a key partner providing full life-cycle IT support services you will manage projects critical to the HRD Personnel and Payroll Systems Division (PPSD) and the Customer Experience and Engagement Division (CEED).
Responsibilities:
- Plan initiate and manage complex high-visibility IT projects from inception to completion.
- Lead and guide the work of diverse technical teams including developers analysts and testers.
- Serve as the primary liaison between business stakeholders and technical project staff.
- Define project scope goals and deliverables while assessing business implications for each project stage.
- Manage project budget risk and schedule ensuring compliance with federal IT security requirements.
Qualifications:
- Masters Degree in IT Engineering Business or a related field (or equivalent experience/certifications).
- Minimum of 10 years of progressively responsible experience in managing IT projects with a focus on enterprise-level applications.
- Professional certification (e.g. PMP) is highly desired.
