The position within Human Resources at PwCs Internal Firm Services offers a unique opportunity to significantly impact the firm by optimizing the skills and talents of our people. As part of the One Firm AC People Team you will be instrumental in executing the firms people strategy crafting a distinctive employee experience and upholding firm-wide values. Your role will involve leveraging core competencies that drive both individual and organizational success in the marketplace.
Responsibilities:
In this role you will focus on human capital strategies to align with organizational goals by taking on assignments in talent deployment and special projects. You will play a vital role in enhancing employee skills and knowledge while fostering a culture of continuous learning and professional growth. Collaborating with subject matter experts and project teams you will strategize effective methods to locate assess educate and train employees ensuring alignment with market developments and firm strategy.
Role as a Manager:
As a Manager within the One Firm AC People Team focused on Global Mobility and Non-US Member Firm collaboration you will:
- Serve as a key connector between PwC US and Non-US Member Firms coordinating the implementation of key People Priorities and initiatives across multiple ACs.
- Lead and manage complex global mobility and deployment projects requiring cross AC coordination compliance and cultural sensitivity.
- Act as a trusted advisor to business leaders and HR partners on People and global mobility issues
- Drive a flexible and dynamic approach supporting the firms One Firm strategy through demonstrated agility and collaboration.
- Build strong relationships across AC People and business teams to influence and advance the ACs People Priorities and Global Mobility programs.
Functions and responsibilities:
Demonstrates extensive knowledge and/or a proven record of success in human resources policies and practices preferably within a professional services environment including but not limited to the following areas related to the internal operations of a global network of professional services firms:
- Support design and execution of the ACs global mobility strategies and programs
- Collaborate closely with AC People teams specific to Member Firm People Priorities as a subject matter expert to ensure alignment across the ACs
- Create automation processes to generate GPS / MPS reporting specific to our Member Firm teams in the ACs work with local People Teams regarding their plans to implement changes to enhance the Employee Experience.
- Analyze data specific to Global Mobility and propose improvements or solutions where applicable
- Demonstrating agility in taking on different assignments adapting quickly to changing priorities and demands.
- Implementing effective initiatives to foster an inclusive workplace and support talent development.
- Navigating stakeholder expectations and delivering results in a fast-paced environment through cross-functional collaboration.
- Driving operational excellence by implementing best practices and continuous improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency and effectiveness across the organization.
- Leveraging technology to improve work products streamline operations and create innovative solutions.
- Leading project management efforts to ensure timely and successful execution of HR initiatives and strategic projects.
Demonstrates extensive abilities and/or a proven record of success in the following areas:
- Significant experience in global mobility international HR or talent within a multinational or professional services environment.
- Strong collaboration skills with experience working closely with international teams and diverse stakeholders.
- Demonstrated project management capability and ability to manage multiple fluid priorities in a dynamic environment.
- Cultural awareness and sensitivity to work effectively across global and multicultural teams.
- Familiarity with PwCs global member firm structure and business practices is highly desirable.
- Working with leaders to address people strategy issues such as diversity talent development performance management and workforce planning.
- Serving as a trusted advisor to accelerate talent development and manage high-potential talent succession planning and diversity initiatives.
