We currently have a wonderful opportunity to join our dynamic team as a part time Local Sales and Events Manager at our site in Weston Super pride ourselves on delivering personalised service locally inspired experiences and a warm welcoming atmosphere. Were looking for a creative and driven individual to bring our brand to life attract the right audience and help us grow our presence in the community and beyond.

Job Summary:

This role willcombine creative marketing with strong operational leadership to drive customer loyalty brand awareness and revenue growth. Working closely with the General Manager Marketing and restaurant team they will ensure consistent delivery of our brand vision high standards of service and an exceptional guest experience.


Key Responsibilities:


Develop and execute a comprehensive local marketing plan for both the Bar and Restaurant

Manage budgets liaise with local suppliers and make decisions on promotions events and partnerships in line with business objectives.

Identify key customer segments and develop targeted marketing campaigns.

Track and report on ROI for marketing initiatives and adjust strategies accordingly.

Digital Marketing & Social Media

Manage and grow social media presence (Instagram Facebook TikTok etc.) with engaging brand-aligned content.

Oversee Google My Business TripAdvisor Yelp and other review platforms.

Brand & Community Engagement

Develop local partnerships (e.g. tourism boards local businesses events influencers).

Organise and promote in-house events seasonal promotions and community initiatives.

Work alongside the general manager and central marketing team to maintain brand consistency and push wider brand initiatives.

Qualifications:

2 years of experience in marketing preferably in hospitality food & beverage or lifestyle brands.

Excellent communication writing and storytelling skills.

Strong visual and brand awareness

Self-starter with a creative mindset and a love for food hospitality and community.
