Job Summary
Job Title: Traveling Construction Superintendent
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and supervise all on-site construction activities from start to finish.
- Coordinate subcontractors materials equipment and inspections to meet schedule and quality standards.
- Ensure compliance with all project specifications building codes and safety regulations.
- Maintain project documentation and daily reports through Procore or equivalent software.
- Communicate effectively with project managers clients and field personnel.
- Proactively identify issues or potential delays and implement corrective measures.
- Lead by example to promote a culture of safety accountability and collaboration.
- Travel regularly to project sites throughout the Southeastern U.S.
Requirements

Qualifications
- Minimum 5 years of experience in commercial construction including both ground-up and tenant improvement projects.
- Proven track record managing complex builds from mobilization through closeout.
- Proficient with Procore Bluebeam or similar construction management tools.
- Strong knowledge of building systems sequencing and subcontractor coordination.
- Excellent communication leadership and organizational skills.
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints and specifications.
- OSHA 30 Certification preferred.
- Must be willing and able to travel extensively and remain on-site for project duration.
