Wereseekinga passionate ProgramSupervisor for our Intensive Outpatient Program (IOP) and Partial Hospitalization Program(PHP)who prioritizes patient care and strives for clinical excellence.

Location:(On-Site) Clarity Clinic Arlington Heights -2101 S Arlington Heights Rd Suite #116 & Suite #185 Arlington Heights IL 60005

Schedule: Monday-Friday (On-Site) 11am - 8pm (three nights a week with one hour break).

In this role you will:

Provide leadership and supervision to partially licensed and non-licensed (MA/LSW/AMFT/LPC) program therapists in the clinics program while maintaining direct oversight of the IOP/PHP program initiatives and performance metrics.
Support Program Therapist that run IOP/PHP groups who also provide 1:1 Therapy (as Primary Therapist) to assigned program participants.
Conduct patient assessments to determine the mental health needs and interventions necessary of clients entering the Intensive Outpatient Program to establish therapy treatment goals.
Provide experience and training leading manualized DBT/CBT skills-based groups.
Work directly with the patient and families to ensure active and collaborate care from the initiation of treatment to the time of discharge.
Provide individual family and group therapeutic services as assigned using evidence-based modalities and interventions.
Document all necessary information in our EMR/EHR platform (Advanced MD).
Collaborate with the treatment team to ensure quality client care.
Evaluate progress and effectiveness of therapy interventions.
Offer psychoeducation to clients and their families providing support and resources to enhance understanding of mental health diagnosis and treatment journey.

Full Time: Base (Salary) Compensation$70-80k commensurate to years of experience and licensure plus evening(p.m.) Shift Incentive.

Qualifications and Minimum Requirements:

Must be fully licensed to practice independently in the state of Illinois with one of the following licensures: LCSW/LCPC/LMFT or PsyD.
Must possess 2 years of experience supervising or leading pre-licensed Therapist (Masters level and Partially Licensed).
Experience in group family and individual therapy.
Experience working with an array of populations diagnoses including co-occurring disorders.
