- Bachelors degree in Construction Management Engineering Architecture or a related field.
- 8 years of progressive experience in project management with a strong portfolio of completed complex construction projects.
- Proven track record managing the fit-out of technical spaces such as labs and research facilities.
- Deep experience with the full project lifecycle from programming and design through commissioning and closeout.
- Deep experience in managing project financials including budget creation cost tracking forecasting and reporting on projects of significant value.
- Proficiency in project management software (e.g. Procore Primavera MS Project Bluebeam) and standard office software.
- 10 years of progressive experience in construction project management.
- Demonstrated experience managing high-design architectural projects where aesthetic quality and finish were paramount.
- Ability to drive progress across diverse cross-functional teams through collaboration.
- A self-starter with a powerful sense of ownership and a no-task-is-too-small demeanor.
- An eye for quality and the rigor to ensure nothing is overlooked in both design and technical execution.
- Excellent communication consensus building and interpersonal skills; able to articulate sophisticated ideas clearly to both technical and non-technical audiences.
