Job Summary




Our client is a global investment and asset management group with a diversified portfolio and offices worldwide. They are actively expanding their Private Rented Sector (PRS/long-term rental apartments) platform in Poland operating in major cities and scaling fast. The (Jr.) Marketing Manager will support brand development demand generation and community engagement across the Polish portfolio.

Role Overview

You will run day-to-day marketing initiatives across social media web CRM campaigns and events ensuring consistent brand execution and measurable impact on leasing and tenant satisfaction. The role blends hands-on content production with coordination of creative partners and sharp performance analysis.

Main responsibilities (but not restricted to):

  • Digital & Campaigns
    • Manage social media and digital channels (Instagram Facebook LinkedIn Google Otodom/OLX) with content support from creative partners.
    • Oversee campaign performance and CRM activities turning leads into viewings and rentals.
    • Coordinate with web developers on website updates and troubleshooting.
  • Community & Events
    • Organize engaging tenant events (monthly/quarterly) working closely with event agencies and subcontractors.
    • Support initiatives that build community referrals and tenant satisfaction.
    • Prepare and distribute welcome packs for new residents.
  • Brand & Visual Identity
    • Coordinate photo/video content production (including staging of apartments/buildings) ensuring brand consistency across all platforms.
    • Provide marketing materials and support for leasing teams.
    • Review and approve materials to ensure alignment with brand tone.
  • Operational Support
    • Track budgets vendors and contracts as the marketing budget owner.
    • Monitor satisfaction surveys and online reputation.
    • Optional: support occasional PR activities such as press releases or industry events.
Requirements:
  • Minimum 3-5 years of marketing experience in a similar role preferably in the real estate and hospitality sectors with a solid track record of B2C campaigns.
  • University Degree ideally in Marketing and/or PR or a related field.
  • Dynamic communicative and hands-on marketer who thrives in a fast-scaling environment.
  • Strong experience in social media performance campaigns and basic web coordination.
  • Strong project management and vendor coordination skills; comfortable owning timelines and budgets.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to translate data into clear next steps.
  • Native Polish and fluent English written and spoken.
  • Nice to have: familiarity with Otodom/OLX and city-level geo targeting.
