Creative Designer

Were now looking for a highly creative and visually driven designer to join our growing teamsomeone who can dream up and execute original content ideas that inspire and connect with our audience across social media platforms. Role Overview This role is ideal for someone who lives and breathes design and has a passion for playful engaging visual storytelling. Youll be responsible for creating original social media contentfrom illustrations and animations to quirky reels and graphic layouts. Beyond execution were looking for someone who can think conceptually and help shape the brands visual identity through consistent high-impact content. Key Responsibilities Create original visual content for Instagram Facebook TikTok Pinterest and other platformsillustrations animations infographics memes reels etc. Develop and pitch creative content ideas aligned with Jos Dreamlands tone and aesthetic. Maintain a cohesive visual identity across all content keeping the brand fun engaging and recognizable. Collaborate with the marketing team to align content with campaigns launches and product storytelling. Design and manage content calendars with engaging themes and creative angles. Occasionally support light copywriting or ideation for post captions and taglines. Stay up to date on creative trends tools and styles relevant to kids products learning toys and playful home aesthetics. Maintain and organize design files assets and templates. Must-Have Skills & Experience 24 years of experience in graphic design illustration or content creation (agency or brand-side). Strong portfolio showcasing original worknot just templates. Ideally includes: Hand-drawn or illustrated content Concept-driven posts and campaigns Reels or short-form video concepts Highly proficient in design tools like Adobe Illustrator Photoshop After Effects or Procreate. Comfortable with tools like Canva for production work but able to go beyond templated design. Experience creating for social media with a clear sense of what engages audiences visually. Creative and playful mindset with an eye for detail and composition. Self-starter with the ability to generate and pitch ideas independently. Excellent communication skills and ability to work remotely in a collaborative setup. Bonus Points If You Have: Experience with animation or motion graphics Background in childrens products illustration or toy branding Photography and/or basic video editing skills Working Setup: Full-time remote (Philippines-based) Working hours with partial overlap to AU time zone Equipment provided (if hired through Booth & Partners Talent Solutions model
