Full Stack Developer

As a Full Stack Developer you will: Be part of the FINANCE squad responsible for the design development and delivery of programs such as Billing 2.0 XRDJ and the replacement of HIPPOS V3 supporting 15 countries and 2 competence centres. Maintain and enhance other key assets within the finance domain. Lead the development of critical application features ensuring scalability performance and quality. Conduct code reviews and enforce best coding practices across the team. Provide mentorship and technical guidance to junior and mid-level developers. Collaborate closely with Product Owners Designers and Stakeholders to refine and clarify requirements. Resolve incidents and problems within your scope ensuring solution viability usability and sustainability. Drive innovation and stay current with the latest Angular and Spring Boot technologies and best practices. Contribute to strategic planning and help define the roadmap for the applications evolution. Maintain transparent and clear daily communication with Product Owners and Scrum Masters. Report directly to the Chapter Lead. What You Bring to the Table: 810 years of professional experience in software development with a strong focus on Angular (v13) and Spring Boot. Proven track record of designing developing and delivering scalable enterprise applications. Experience in end-to-end software delivery across multi-country environments. Strong understanding of modern frontend and backend frameworks RESTful APIs and microservices architecture. Solid experience in incident management problem resolution and ensuring system reliability. You Should Possess the Ability to: Lead development efforts and guide the technical direction of projects. Mentor and support team members through knowledge sharing and collaboration. Exhibit strong analytical thinking problem-solving and decision-making skills. Communicate effectively and transparently within an Agile/Scrum setup. Stay proactive in learning emerging technologies and applying them to improve product quality and efficiency. Collaborate seamlessly with cross-functional teams in a dynamic fast-paced environment.
