Job Summary
AI Model Developer

Youll work closely with stakeholders in Risk Compliance Sales and Operations to translate AI capabilities into measurable business outcomes.

What Youll Do
- Build and deploy scalable AI/ML models and pipelines for finance and leasing use cases.
- Partner with business stakeholders to translate AI capabilities into measurable impact.
- Lead initiatives on responsible AI practices model monitoring and performance optimization.
- Explore and implement generative AI frameworks (e.g. LangChain) for innovative customer solutions.
- Promote AI literacy across the organization through demos workshops and best practices.

What Were Looking For
- Masters in Data Science AI/ML or equivalent experience.
- 3 years applying ML to large datasetswith production deployments you can speak to (SLA latency monitoring retraining).
- Proficiency in Python SQL Spark; experience on Databricks and Azure DevOps (or clearly equivalent cloud/MLOps stack).
- Proven experience with model monitoring (drift data quality performance) and Responsible AI (explainability auditability).
- Ability to run discovery with stakeholders and translate business needs into technical deliverables with measurable outcomes.
- Excellent written and verbal communication in English; experience working in SCRUM/Agile teams.
Bonus Points
- Finance leasing or regulated industry experience (risk modelling KYC/AML sanctions regulatory reporting).
- GenAI/NLP in production (RAG document processing prompt evaluation guardrails).
- Experience with Databricks Feature Store/MLflow patterns and model registries.
