Job Summary

Role Overview:
Lead and manage key brands to drive growth market share and profitability. This role combines strategic planning with hands-on execution to strengthen brand equity and deliver business results.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Formulate and execute annual marketing plans and long-term brand strategies to deliver business targets.
  • Oversee the full spectrum of brand management including market research pricing volume planning innovation promotions media and P&L performance.
  • Identify and capitalize on market opportunities including new product launches and product renovations managing the entire NPD process from concept to execution.
  • Develop a deep understanding of consumer behavior competitive landscape and market trends to guide strategic decisions.
  • Represent the voice of the consumer in all brand activities and ensure brand initiatives align with market realities.
  • Utilize data analytics and insights tools (e.g. Kantar Nielsen) to evaluate performance and support strategic decision-making.
  • Prepare sales forecasts marketing budgets and performance reports.
  • Monitor sales revenue and expenditure to ensure efficient use of marketing resources and achievement of targets.
  • Ensure timely and on-budget execution of all marketing initiatives while meeting brand KPIs and A&P targets.
  • Manage all consumer communication touchpoints including advertising packaging design media planning promotions POS materials and digital content.
  • Lead the creative development and execution of impactful marketing campaigns ensuring consistent brand messaging.
  • Collaborate closely with creative media PR and digital agencies to design and deliver effective brand activations.
  • Work cross-functionally with internal teams to ensure alignment and execution excellence.




Requirements

  • Bachelors degree in Marketing Business Administration Economics or a related field.
  • Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in the FMCG industry; experience in Food & Beverage brands is highly preferred.
  • Proven track record in both strategic planning and hands-on marketing execution.
  • Strong analytical capability with proficiency in data interpretation; familiarity with Kantar or Nielsen tools is an advantage.
  • Excellent leadership interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to work across all organizational levels.
  • Forward-thinking resourceful and up to date with the latest marketing trends and industry developments.
