- Supervise the full project lifecycle; from planning design and tendering to construction coordination with authorities and final handover.
- Oversee and coordinate all project deliverables to ensure on-time completion in line with the master schedule and approved budget.
- Lead and coordinate consultants and contractors during Client-Consultant Meetings Technical Meetings Site Meetings and other project-related discussions.
- Oversee construction progress to ensure full compliance with design specifications quality standards cost parameters and Environmental Safety & Health (ESH) regulations working closely with the QESH team.
- Review and evaluate consultants designs to ensure technical accuracy compliance with regulatory requirements and optimal design efficiency.
- Collaborate with the Contracts Department to ensure tendering and award processes are executed in accordance with project timelines.
- Supervise township operations encompassing maintenance activities defect rectification works and OPEX/CAPEX management.
- Coordinate the full handover process to the Property Management team and oversee defect monitoring throughout the Defect Liability Period (DLP) in partnership with the Customer Experience team.
- Engage with relevant authorities to obtain necessary approvals and ensure full compliance with statutory regulations and project conditions.
- Ensure compliance with company policies standard procedures and legal requirements throughout all phases of the project lifecycle.
- Provide leadership and mentorship to project teams offering strategic guidance coaching and performance management to drive effective project execution.
- Prepare and deliver regular project progress reports updates and recommendations to the General Manager Project and Management team.
- Perform any other duties and responsibilities assigned by Management as and when required.
Requirements
- Bachelors Degree in Civil & Structural Engineering Architecture Building or a related field with at least 10 years of relevant experience in property development.
- Exceptional project management skills with the ability to organize and handle multiple priorities to achieve optimal results.
- Proficient in using Microsoft Office applications.
- Excellent communication skills both written and verbal.
- Capable of fostering strong and lasting partnerships with key stakeholders.
- Possess strong analytical skills with the ability to delve into details while maintaining a broad strategic perspective and effectively conceptualize both problems and solutions.
- Must be willing to take a clear stance on critical issues and proactively drive necessary changes.
- Maintain high standards of construction quality with proven experience in successfully implementing CONQUAS QLASSIC and similar quality assessment systems.
