Tech Lead (Japan-Based)

Key Skills
Full-Stack Development: Laravel 11 React JS GraphQL
Cloud: AWS (EC2 S3 RDS Lambda etc.)
Database: Postgres VectorDB(Pinecone)
AI/ML: OpenAI API integration Agentic AI workflows Retrieval Augmented Generation (RAG)
Architecture: API design microservices scalable systems
DevOps: CI/CD Docker Kubernetes
Familiarity with other AI/ML frameworks and tools (nice to have)
Qualifications
Proven experience as a Tech Lead Senior Full-Stack Developer or similar leadership role
5 years in web and cloud-based application development
Experience leading distributed or cross-border teams
Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills
Excellent communication
Nice to have - Japanese language proficiency (JLPT certified or conversational Nihongo)
