Job Summary

We are looking for an enthusiastic Lead Generation Trainee to join our sales/marketing team. The ideal candidate will support the lead generation process by identifying and qualifying potential customers gathering essential data and assisting in outreach campaigns. This entry-level position offers a great opportunity to gain valuable experience and develop skills in sales and marketing.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Prospecting:

    • Conduct research to identify potential leads through various channels such as social media online databases and industry-specific platforms.
    • Gather contact information and relevant details about potential leads.
  • Data Management:

    • Input update and maintain lead information in the customer relationship management (CRM) system.
    • Ensure data accuracy and integrity.
  • Outbound Outreach:

    • Assist in the execution of email and phone outreach campaigns to potential leads.
    • Follow up on leads generated through marketing campaigns and inbound inquiries.
  • Qualification:

    • Conduct initial qualification of leads based on predefined criteria to determine their interest and fit for the companys products or services.
    • Schedule appointments and follow-up calls for the sales team.
  • Reporting:

    • Prepare regular reports on lead generation activities and outcomes.
    • Analyze lead data to provide insights and recommendations for improvement.

Qualifications:

  • Education:

    • Currently pursuing or recently completed a Bachelors degree in Business Marketing Communications or a related field.
