Role
We are looking for a Head of Mission Operations an experienced systems-driven operator who can orchestrate people technology and process in a live regulated healthcare environment. This role sits at the center of AccurKardias execution engine.

You will work directly with the Co-Founder & COO and company leadership to ensure every clinical deployment data pipeline and product release runs predictably safely and flawlessly. It is both a command and orchestration role ideal for someone who thrives in complexity balances precision with urgency and takes pride in building systems that directly impact patient lives.

Key Responsibilities:

Operational Orchestration: Own cross-functional delivery across engineering product QA and clinical operations ensuring synchronization between technical and customer-facing teams.
Deployment Management: Plan and oversee clinical and partner rollouts managing timelines dependencies and on-site or remote go-lives with zero-surprise execution.
Systems & Process Design: Build scalable operating rhythms daily stand-ups QA reviews issue-tracking frameworks and operational dashboards for leadership visibility.
Compliance & Quality: Partner with Engineering AI and Product leadership to ensure adherence to FDA HIPAA and other regulatory requirements through disciplined documentation and process integrity.
Continuous Improvement: Identify operational bottlenecks early implement countermeasures and institutionalize learning loops across deployments.
Stakeholder Communication: Serve as the operational point of contact for internal teams and external hospital partners translating complex updates into clear actionable communication.

Requirements

Experience & Background

510 years in operations program delivery or systems management within technology healthcare or regulated industries.
Has led multi-stream projects or deployments (e.g. Accenture Deloitte high-growth health-tech or SaaS environments).
Proven ability to manage delivery under high stakes with minimal oversight.
Integrity & Accountability: Relentless about quality compliance and mission alignment.


Required Skills:

Position: Odoo Techno Functional Consultant We are seeking a highly skilled Odoo Functional Consultant to join our team as an individual contributor responsible for end-to-end Odoo ERP implementations. This role requires a deep understanding of business processes and Odoos functional modules ensuring successful deployment and optimal use of the platform. Key Responsibilities: Lead the full lifecycle of Odoo ERP implementation projects including requirements gathering configuration testing training and post-go-live support. Analyse client business needs and translate them into functional requirements. Customize and configure Odoo modules (Sales Purchase Inventory Accounting HR etc.) based on client requirements. Prepare project documentation including functional specifications training materials and SOPs. Conduct user training and support user acceptance testing (UAT). Collaborate with technical teams (developers) for any custom development needs. Provide ongoing functional support troubleshoot issues and suggest enhancements. Maintain project timelines and ensure successful delivery within scope and budget. Stay up-to-date with new Odoo releases and features. Requirements Required Qualifications: Minimum 3-5 years of hands-on experience in Odoo ERP implementation. Strong knowledge of multiple Odoo functional modules. Proven experience in business process analysis and functional documentation. Excellent understanding of ERP concepts and workflows. Ability to manage multiple projects and tasks simultaneously. Excellent communication problem-solving and client-facing skills. Bachelors degree in Business IT or related field. Benefits Preferred Qualifications: Odoo certification(s) is a strong plus. Experience working with US-based clients or in cross-cultural environments. Knowledge of Python or basic technical understanding of Odoo architecture is a bonus.
