Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced HBM Operator (Horizontal Boring Machine Operator) to handle precision machining of large components. The candidate should have hands-on experience with horizontal boring machines strong technical knowledge and a focus on maintaining dimensional accuracy.
Responsibilities:
- Set up and operate Horizontal Boring Machines (HBM).
- Perform boring facing and milling as per drawing specifications.
- Align workpieces accurately before machining.
- Inspect parts using precision measuring tools.
- Maintain machines and ensure a safe working environment.
Requirements
- ITI / Diploma in Mechanical or equivalent.
- 0-2 years of experience in HBM machine operation.
- Knowledge of HBM controls (Fanuc / Siemens preferred).
- Skilled in handling heavy components safely.
- Good teamwork accuracy and problem-solving skills.
