Job Summary

We are seeking Product Development Specialist to join our team.

Responsibilities:

Develop and optimize formulations for mouthwashes toothpaste gels and other oral hygiene products.
Conduct stability studies pH and viscosity testing and microbial preservation testing.
Work with ingredients such as alcohols essential oils surfactants flavors and preservatives.
Troubleshoot formulation issues (e.g. settling separation flavor loss).
Ensure formulations comply with regulatory and safety standards (e.g. BIS FDA ISO).Interface with procurement QA/QC and production teams.

Requirements

/ / in Chemistry Cosmetic Science or related field.
13 years of experience in personal care or oral care product development.
Strong knowledge of solubilizers preservatives emulsions and stability protocols.
Familiarity with GMP documentation and lab-scale to production-scale transitions.

Preferred Skills :

Experience in alcohol-based and non-alcoholic mouthwash development.
Experience in toothpaste formulation preferred.
Basic knowledge of flavor and fragrance blending
