Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and maintain the organizations profile on the Government e-Marketplace (GEM) portal.
- Upload update and optimize product listings ensuring compliance with GEM guidelines.
- Handle tenders bids and quotations on the portal efficiently and within deadlines.
- Coordinate with internal teams (sales procurement finance) for documentation and approvals.
- Track orders payments and disputes through the GEM portal and resolve issues promptly.
- Generate reports on sales bids and vendor performance for management review.
- Stay updated with GEM portal rules policies and new features.
- Train team members or support staff on GEM portal processes as needed.
Qualifications & Experience:
- Graduate in Commerce Business Administration or related field.
- 13 years of experience managing GEM portal or e-procurement portals.
- Strong knowledge of government procurement processes.
- Proficient in MS Office especially Excel for reporting and data management.
- Excellent communication and coordination skills.
- Attention to detail and ability to work with deadlines.
Personal Attributes:
- Proactive and detail-oriented.
- Comfortable working independently as well as with cross-functional teams.
- High level of integrity and professionalism.
- Lives 40-45 minutes from the office (preferably)
