We are now expanding this mission into New Verticals (Retail CPG Convenience Pharma and Specialty) and were looking for a highly motivated and results-driven Senior Enterprise Account Manager to drive growth across global and local enterprise accounts. This is a strategic sales role where youll manage high-value enterprise relationships shape Wolts advertising approach for New Verticals and deliver data-driven advertising solutions at scale.

As a Senior Enterprise Account Manager you will act as a trusted advisor and growth partner for global and regional enterprise clients developing retail-focused advertising solutions that align with business objectives across multiple markets. Youll collaborate closely with Wolts regional teams product and marketing to optimize performance expand adoption and influence Wolts New Verticals ad strategy globally.

What youll be doing

  • Own and grow a portfolio of multinational New Verticals enterprise clients (Retail CPG Pharma Grocery Convenience) ensuring they fully leverage Wolt Ads to maximize visibility and sales.
  • Develop and execute retail-specific ad growth strategies at global and regional levels partnering with enterprise clients to meet evolving needs.
  • Collaborate with local teams to deliver market-specific ad solutions that drive measurable performance for top accounts.
  • Work with Wolts product and marketing teams to refine ad formats targeting and campaign strategies tailored to New Verticals.
  • Lead strategic account planning sales presentations negotiations and QBRs ensuring long-term client success and retention.
  • Analyze performance data and market insights to optimize enterprise ad spend and scale retail adoption across multiple markets.
  • Advise C-level executives and senior decision-makers on best practices for Retail Media helping them allocate budgets effectively.
  • Track and share insights on industry trends (Retail Media Networks CPG advertising omnichannel commerce) to position Wolt Ads as a leading solution in New Verticals.
  • Provide structured feedback to internal teams on product gaps client challenges and category-specific opportunities.

Our humble expectations

  • Analytical mindset with the ability to extract insights and drive data-backed campaign optimization.
  • Fluent in English with excellent communication skills to engage senior stakeholders across global retail and CPG enterprises.
  • Local language fluency in German and English required
  • 35 years of enterprise sales/account management experience in retail media CPG FMCG or eCommerce advertising.
  • Proven track record of exceeding targets managing complex negotiations and scaling ad budgets across multiple regions.
  • Deep understanding of digital advertising performance marketing and retail media monetization models.
  • Proficiency in Salesforce or similar CRM with a strong data-driven approach to forecasting and pipeline management.
  • Experience with consultative/solution selling and building category-specific ad strategies.
  • Strong cross-functional skills to align global enterprise strategies with local execution.

Bonus points

  • Experience with retail media platforms trade marketing or ad auction models.
  • Network of retail/CPG industry contacts for new business development.
  • Familiarity with omnichannel retail category management or shopper marketing strategies.
  • Multilingual skills beyond English and German.
