Atlantic Talent Services is seeking a Creative Strategist Manager on behalf of one of our clients a fast-growing creative agency that helps DTC brands scale through data-driven content and high-velocity creative strategies.
The ideal candidate is a strategic thinker with a creative mindset and proven experience managing client relationships and creative teams. This role requires strong organizational skills an analytical approach to brand strategy and the ability to transform insights into actionable high-performing creative outputs.
Key Responsibilities
Conduct detailed research on brands competitors and target audiences to develop clear and actionable creative briefs.
Manage and lead a team of 5 video editors ensuring project prioritization quality control and on-time delivery.
Oversee 10 active client accounts maintaining proactive communication providing updates and ensuring client satisfaction.
Source vet and negotiate with content creators aligning deliverables with client goals and creative direction.
Collaborate with internal teams to support the client acquisition process including creative audits proposal preparation and client onboarding.
Establish and maintain feedback loops between clients and creative teams to ensure continuous improvement.
Provide creative direction for ad campaigns focusing on high-performing content angles hooks and iterations.
Qualifications
Bachelors degree in Marketing Communications Advertising or a related field (or equivalent professional experience).
Minimum 23 years of experience in a creative or marketing role within an agency DTC or e-commerce setting.
Demonstrated success managing multiple client accounts (10).
Strong leadership communication and delegation abilities.
Proficiency in interpreting paid social media metrics (especially Meta Ads Manager) and translating insights into creative strategy.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
Preferred Qualifications
Proficiency in English.
Familiarity with performance marketing principles.
Basic experience in video editing (not required but beneficial for creative alignment).
Contract Details
This is an Independent Contractor position managed through Atlantic Talent Services.
The engagement is 100% remote offering flexibility.
Collaboration with global cross-functional teams is expected.
