What You Will Do:
- Provide comprehensive on-site technical support resolving user incidents and service requests within SLA timeframes including installing/configuring desktop/laptop "Gold" images supporting printers/mobile devices and maintaining meeting room/video conference systems.
- Perform daily data center operations including "Smart Hands" support diagnosing infrastructure problems replacing faulty components (modules/cables) and managing tape backup systems through rotation and library import/export procedures.
- Maintain accurate service documentation through daily ticket updates in the call logging system while managing data backup/restoration processes during incident resolution.
What You Need:
- Technical proficiency in Windows 7/10 Microsoft Office and hardware support across desktops/laptops/mobile devices (Android/iOS) with practical experience in Microsoft SCCM and data center equipment (rack/stack cabling).
- Demonstrated ability to work independently with strong organizational skills prioritizing tasks effectively while resolving complex technical issues in high-pressure environments.
- Excellent customer service skills with professional appearance complemented by outstanding verbal/written communication abilities in both English and Bulgarian (mandatory).
- Proven experience with ticketing systems and building sustainable relationships across teams capable of working effectively in local global or virtual team environments.
- Relevant certifications (CompTIA A/Network Microsoft MCP/MCITP/MCSE) are advantageous as is experience supporting MAC devices and legacy hardware platforms.
