About the Role

As a Field Service Coordinator youll be the heartbeat of our service operationsplanning scheduling and coordinating field service activities to meet customer expectations and contractual obligations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and execute Service Agreements across Australia
  • Schedule jobs and allocate resources using OneService
  • Coordinate spare parts orders and ensure timely delivery
  • Track progress KPIs and prepare monthly service reports
  • Support invoicing processes and maintain accurate documentation
  • Liaise with Field Service Engineers Sales and Customers to resolve issues
  • Ensure compliance with WHS and ISO standards

What Were Looking For

  • Experience in service coordination scheduling or operations
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management
  • Tech-savvy (ERP systems MS Office; OneService/iScala experience a plus)
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
