Responsibilities
Provide comprehensive womens health care including annual exams contraceptive counseling menopause management and preventive screenings
Conduct physical exams and procedures such as pap smears and diagnostic testing
Evaluate and treat conditions like UTIs hormonal imbalances menstrual disorders and other gynecologic concerns
Manage patient care within our medical weight loss program supporting safe and sustainable results
Collaborate with our medical director and clinical team on individualized care plans
Educate patients on preventive care wellness strategies and health maintenance
Maintain accurate and timely patient documentation
Requirements
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Team-oriented with excellent organizational abilities
Clinical problem-solving and analytical thinking
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced clinic
Requirements
Minimum 1 year of clinical experience (new grads from womens health-focused NP or PA programs considered)
Current Washington license (PA-C APRN RN as applicable)
DEA registration NPI and prescriptive authority in Washington
Current BLS certification from the American Heart Association
Womens health experience is strongly preferred but training available for those passionate about serving this patient population
Benefits
Salary: $140000 to $150000/year sign-on bonus for full-time hires
Schedule: Flexible (4-day workweek available)
