Key Responsibilities:
Lead and optimize digital marketing initiatives across owned platforms paid media (including Google Ads) and third-party providers to drive qualified leads and engagement.
Manage and monitor performance of digital channels providing regular insights and recommendations for growth and conversion improvements.
Design and develop pitch presentations and marketing collateral in collaboration with business teams ensuring brand consistency and strategic messaging.
Support the execution of integrated marketing campaigns aligning digital efforts with broader business objectives.
Assist in internal and external communications including newsletters press releases and stakeholder updates.
Contribute to the planning and delivery of corporate events client activations and industry engagements.
Collaborate cross-functionally with Research Business Development and external agencies to ensure cohesive marketing execution.
Knowledge & Experience:
Bachelors degree in Marketing Communications or related field.
Minimum 23 years of experience in digital marketing preferably within real estate or professional services.
Proficiency in digital tools and platforms (e.g. Google Ads LinkedIn Campaign Manager CMS systems).
Strong design sensibility and experience with presentation tools (e.g. PowerPoint Adobe Suite).
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to manage multiple projects and stakeholders in a fast-paced environment.
Analytical mindset with a focus on performance metrics and ROI.
