Job Summary
TheCustomer Care Specialistis a live agent or representative who receives inbound calls responds to customer calls and email inquiries and builds customer interest in the services and products offered by the Company. She makes outbound calls for follow-up on customer support or telemarketing purposes following a set of standards established for call management call accuracy call handling and data encoding accuracy.
JOB QUALIFICATIONS:
- Candidate must possess a Bachelors/College Degree in any field
- With excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Willing to be assigned in San Juan City
- Morning and mid-shift hybrid work set-up
- Previous BPO experience is an advantage.
