Highland Springs by Erickson Senior LivingHighland Springs is a beautiful 89-acre continuing care retirement community in North Dallas Texas. Were part of a growing network of communities developed and managed by Erickson Senior Living a national provider of senior living and health care with campuses in 11 statesand growing.
How you will make an impact:
Coordinates and/or facilitates new employee orientation for minor staff after normal school hours.
Work with managers to ensure the ongoing development of all dining staff by reviewing performance reviews reviewing coaching/counseling forms and discussing performance with supervisory staff.
Develops coordinates and presents dining skills training for service and sanitation.
Collaborate with recruiter weekly to support full front of the house and back of the house staffing
Collaborate with recruiter to ensure efficient hiring and onboarding process of all dining hourly staff in conjunction with the Human Resources Department.
Support dining venue service hours as a floor manager to ensure staff maintains service standards to mentor and coach students and reinforce training.

What you Will Need:
Bachelors Degree preferred.
Proven experience managing and motivating in a customer service environment.
Related experience in food service an educational food service management program or experience in recruitment staff development and training with an ability to learn food service.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills required.
Compensation: commensurate with experience salary range starting at $80000 plus eligibility of up to 8% annual bonus.
